Painters wanted: Halloween window contest returns to Newtown
The Newtown Halloween Window Painting Contest is back this year and hopes to be bigger and better than ever. Local businesses began reviving the fun Newtown tradition in 2009, involving community members of all ages in the revival of a fondly remembered Newtown Fall activity.
